The Hepton and Thorp Arch Management Group is a not for profit organisation setup to manage the interests and the day to day running of the private associated areas of the Woodland Development in Thorp Arch. From ensuring the day to day smooth ruunning of the Managing agents to organising maintenance for the “green” park areas.
The Woodland development was built in 2005 on the site of Marguerite Hepton Hospital which was built in 1910 and closed in 1985 and has grown and involved into an exciting and varied community with an amazing social outlook. Much of the community spirit revolves around the “green” and its this area that makes our community very special.
HTAM has a number of functions and looks after many areas of the development:
Ensuring smooth running and direction of managing agents
Maintaining all public areas
Informing and suggesting areas of maintenance
Collection of annual fees
General upkeep of all communal areas
If you have any questions or wish to raise an issue please contact the committee.
